A few minutes of Googling quickly located pub. It is located in Marazion, Cornwall, UK. From their website, it looks unchanged over the past 22 years.

And while the people behind Lot 4 were in China in 1976, the photographer(s) from Lot 1 where in Japan. This from a set of April, 1976 slides from that trip. Likely near Kinkakuji, Kyoto, Japan.
