View of the Pond

Published: 2015-03-08 06:51:00

View of a pond in this undated Kodachrome slide. The image was "red shifted" due to fading of the dyes. According to several sites, the cyan and yellow dyes fade, leaving just the magenta. I was partially able to restore this using Photoshop, but it still has a reddish tinge and a synthetic look to the colors.
